I still have those days where I question if I have this or not. I think I just wonder why I would so easily accept having mental illness than anything else. Does this make sense?

Quick question- what does everyone do when they find "evidence" or "past thoughts"? This has been hard for me. I'm starting to allow the thoughts in and say "so what?" But im wondering if anyone else has any other techniques
