I read that statement on a website. and I can not figure out what it truly means...Can someone please explain it to me.. is it saying that HOCD is something to only heterosexuals right ?

I personally hate how it is worded, but yes, it is confirming that it is a compultion that takes hold of a heterosexual person making them obsess over their sexuality and whether or not they are homosexual.

I also despise the term "cure," but the treatment of therapy plus medication is what is recommendended and most helpful in handleing one's OCD.

I hate the wording too because it could really consuse someone into thinking that someone going through this is actually homosexual...

But it is actually saying onlyheterosexuals can expierience this right?

When it happens to homosexuals-- they obsess over being heterosexual..I read in another article

I never read about it in the reverse, but I can see how in theory that would play out.
